before 2pm Monday thru Friday, we will probably attend to it the same day
after 2pm Monday thru Friday, depending on the urgency we determine, we will likely attend to it the following weekday morning.
after 2pm on Fridays or before a holiday, depending on the urgency we determine, or the parts required, we will try attend to it Friday, but it may need wait until the following Monday
serious emergencies, we will attend 24/7

I hereby grant Elmwood Properties the right to enter my apartment without any specific appointment date or time any time 9-5pm M-F, whether anyone is in my apartment or not, to make the repairs I have detailed below.
